slowfiber uses USPS -exclusively. Items are guaranteed until they are handed off to USPS. slowfiber assumes you have a safe place to receive items free from theft. We are happy to ship to P.O.Boxes. When we can save you money on shipping we will and you will be notified of adjustments and credited accordingly. API and APO shipping are still being developed.

Please be mindful that slowfiber is a little company and as such we incur great expense when you have made a bad purchase, however, we want you happy and will do our best to rectify your dissatisfaction-within reason.

Notions, tools, embellishments, cloth- If you need to return an item-please do so in pristine condition in the original package. We will contact you when we receive the item to issue the credit minus a 20% restock fee and shipping.

Upcycled items- due to the cost and value of these items-we ask that you return them in the same packaging and condition you received them in for full credit minus shipping.
